Whale Shark (Rhincodon Typus) T-069 is a 4 - 5m individual that appeared at Sail Rock in July 2011.

Although this shark has a small, distinctive portion missing from the posterior edge of its left pectoral fin, it had no other obvious scars or abrasions and seemed to be in very good health.

Whale Shark (Rhincodon Typus) T-069 is a 4 - 5m individual encountered on July 3rd 2011 at Sail Rock.

The sex of this individual was not confirmed, hopefully this can be determined if the shark is re-sighted.
