Great Barracuda (Sphyraena Barracuda)

This small, 1 - 1.5m Great Barracuda (Sphyraena Barracuda) appeared at Sail Rock, Koh Phangan in late December 2010.

This is by far the least commonly encountered species of Barracuda in local waters, so hopefully this one will stick around for a while.

This individual was one member of a small group which set up residence at Sail Rock during 2010.
